Privacy notice

Last updated: 21 October 2026. This notice covers this website and the voluntary availability request. The planned desktop app is intended to process invoices locally; this website does not accept invoice uploads.

Voluntary availability request

If you explicitly consent and enter your email address, we store it together with the product plan selected on the website in a Cloudflare D1 database configured for the EU jurisdiction. We use these details for one availability notice and product-interest analysis. This is voluntary and is not required to use the website.

The legal basis is your consent. This is neither a purchase nor a preorder. We plan to delete the address after the one-time availability notice or no later than twelve months after signup. You may withdraw consent and request deletion at any time by email. Until withdrawal, the request remains stored.

Your email address is not sent to Google and is not included in advertising or analytics events. After separate analytics consent, the selected plan category may be sent as a GA4 event parameter. Cloudflare provides the D1 database. The application does not store invoice data.

Optional Google Ads and website analytics

Google tags for campaign measurement and — if a GA4 measurement ID is configured — statistical website analytics load only if you accept the consent prompt. If you reject, the tags are not loaded. Following consent, Google Ireland Limited and affiliated Google entities may receive technical usage and campaign information; your email address is not sent. Your choice is stored locally in the browser. You can change it via “Privacy settings”; withdrawal applies to future visits.

Hosting and necessary data

Cloudflare provides website hosting and delivery. When the site is accessed, technically necessary connection data may be processed, such as IP address, timestamp, requested URL, user agent and error status, to keep the service secure and functional. We do not configure content or invoice analytics. The hosting provider's current terms describe its own logging and retention practices.

Your rights

Subject to applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction and portability, object to processing, or withdraw consent. Contact contact@fakturfix.de. You may also complain to a competent data protection supervisory authority.

Product status and invoice data

FakturFix is not available yet. This website does not accept invoices, XML files or PDFs. Technical validation is not legal or tax advice and does not guarantee invoice acceptance.
